Shipping Within the United States (UPS)
We ship all U.S. orders using UPS. All orders include a 3-day handling time before shipment. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and UPS transit times.
Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipping to Australia (Australia Post)
We are pleased to offer international shipping to Australia using Australia Post.
Orders include a 3-day handling time, and delivery times may vary depending on your region in Australia, typically ranging from 6–12 business days.
Free Shipping (USA Only)
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States—no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care when packaging your books. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. A photo of the damage may be required so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If your order is lost or not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we will assist in tracking the package or filing a claim with UPS or Australia Post.
Please note: StevenBooks is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.
